Telescopic Boom Lift rental in Malaysia

When is a telescopic boom lift the right choice?

A telescopic boom lift suits work that needs the longest straight reach: high façades, steel erection support, painting. The boom extends in a line, giving height and outreach from a single position. An articulating boom lift replaces it when something sits in the way of a straight boom.

What do you need to work out before you ask for a quote?

• The working height and outreach, taken at the real work position.
• Platform capacity against crew and tools.
• The ground the machine travels over, since larger units are heavier.

What moves the price. A telescopic boom lift quote follows the working height class, the hire length, delivery and the power type. Larger units cost more to transport and to hire.

Site and ground. The machine needs firm ground, a straight approach and clear space above the boom path.

Which mistakes cost the most when hiring a telescopic boom lift?

• Choosing by height and leaving outreach unchecked.
• Not checking ground strength for a heavy unit.

Ask every provider for the machine’s DOSH (JKKP) certificate or inspection record and a written quotation. Lifting machinery falls under the Factories and Machinery Act 1967.
